What you buy, from whom and with what rights

1. Seller

Mattia Panatta, private individual, Rome, Italy, Italian tax code PNTMTT01D06H501P. Email: mattiapanatta6@gmail.com. I sell occasionally, without a VAT number: listed prices are final and no VAT is added. To get a receipt, just reply to the payment confirmation email.

2. The ebook

The product is the ebook Il libro dell'intelligenza artificiale, digital content in Italian, in PDF and EPUB, October 2026 edition. Its contents are described on the ebook page, with table of contents and preview. There is currently no English edition.

Your purchase grants a personal-use licence: you may read it on all your devices and print it for yourself, but you may not resell it, share it publicly or distribute copies.

3. Price and payment

The price is €19.90, all inclusive. Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods shown); I never see or store your card details. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.

4. Delivery

Right after payment you are taken to a page on this site where you download the PDF and EPUB. The download link remains valid for 30 days: save the files to your device. Stripe also emails you a receipt. If anything goes wrong, write to me and I'll send the files myself.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery starts immediately with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Before payment I ask you to confirm both with a checkbox.

You always keep the right to a conforming product: if the files are damaged, incomplete or not as described, write to me and I'll replace them or, if I can't, refund you.

6. AI training

AI training lessons cost €30 per hour and take place online, by video call on Google Meet. You book them on the AI training page: the booking is a request, which becomes an appointment when I confirm it by email with the video call link. You can move or cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before by replying to the confirmation email. Payment takes place after the lesson, with instructions sent together with the recap. If you are a business or professional, 20% withholding tax applies.

Training covers the use of artificial intelligence tools: it is not legal, tax, technical or other regulated professional advice.

7. Sponsored placements

Formats, prices and terms of advertising placements on the site and in the newsletter are described on the Advertise page and confirmed in a written agreement before publication. Sponsored content is always labelled as such.

8. Support, complaints and governing law

For any issue write to mattiapanatta6@gmail.com: I usually reply within two working days. The contract is governed by Italian law; if you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence and the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence remain unaffected.
